Robert Ardizzi is a partner at Davis, Bucco & Ardizzi and has been practicing law with the firm for the past 16 years. He has spent his entire legal career representing clients engaged in all aspects of the construction industry. Before joining Davis Bucco & Ardizzi, he was associated with a Wilmington Delaware firm that specialized in representing contractors, architects, engineers and commercial owners.
Rob brings a unique perspective to the practice because he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. He has tried cases to verdict in all three states as well as federal court. His experience throughout the tri-state area is a valuable resource not only for the firm but also the diverse clients it serves.
In addition to handling a wide array of matters such as contract disputes, delay claims and bond claims on behalf of contractors, sureties, owners and subcontractors, Rob also represents the firm’s clients in labor matters. He has appeared before the National Labor Relation Board on numerous occasions and has successfully represented clients involved in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
Rob also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing clients, both in and out of the construction industry, in matters involving personal injury, property damage and accidents. Whether on behalf of the party, itself, or an insurance company, Rob’s experience and regional practice makes him an exceptionally effective advocate for these types of claims.
Rob attended college at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with honors in 1988. After working for a center city law firm for a year after college, Rob attended Widener University School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1992. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, he currently resides in Springfield, Delaware County, where he participates in several community activities.
