John Richards is an associate at Davis, Bucco & Ardizzi. John has practiced construction law for nine years, representing contractors and subcontractors in litigation and on general business matters. John has experience with every type of entity in the construction process, including: general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, design professionals, owners, developers, material suppliers and sureties.
As part of his work in the area of business & commercial law, John advises clients on daily business transactions and challenges. In particular, he assists with estate planning matters with a focus on succession planning. John also counsels clients on business formation and sale questions.
John is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association. John is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
